Areas surrounding Jordan provide great opportunity for hunting elk, deer, antelope, turkey, and duck.  Hell Creek, only 25 miles North of Jordan, has great fishing with walleye tournaments hosted throughout the summer.  Northern pike, small mouth bass, lake trout, and sauger are also found in the lake.  Hell Creek is a part of the Fort Peck Reservoir located on the Missouri River and has plenty of space for water skiing, swimming, boating, and camping.  Areas around Hell Creek are also the site of dinosaur digs.
